Mon-Totebag strives every day to improve its environmental impact. To achieve this, we attach great importance to the choice of our suppliers and the products we offer our customers. Quality, traceability and sustainability are the watchwords of our development, but not the only ones. We also work daily on our internal processes to reduce our ecological impact as much as possible.
Ethical and sustainable products
In order to offer you ethical and sustainable products, we work closely with several suppliers who respect ethical and ecological standards.
The Westford Mill brand is one of them. This company is a partner of the "1% for the planet" initiative and offers a wide range of organic cotton products. Organic cotton ensures that the cotton has been grown in fields without chemical fertilisers, and above all that water consumption during cultivation has been drastically reduced.
We are also committed to offering you French products, thanks to our supplier Bonjour François. This is a 100% French supplier of bags, who ensures that our products are made in France in a fair and responsible way. All the products in our Made in France range come from Bonjour François.
The raw materials are grown and harvested in an ecologically responsible way, and the products are made by people who work in good conditions and for decent wages... Our team selects its suppliers with great care in order to offer the best possible products to our customers, in terms of quality, traceability and certification.

Responsible and French customisation
In addition to a rigorous selection of our suppliers and products, our team works daily with well thought-out and sustainable processes.
To begin with, and in order to offer you the best possible customisation service, all our customisations are carried out in France, in our Lyon workshop. The after-sales service, sales department and web department are also based in our Lyon workshop.
What's more, the prints we offer are made using eco-friendly, solvent-free, water-based inks. This means they pose no danger to us, to you or to the planet. Our used inks are regularly collected and recycled by a sub-contractor who reprocesses them in an environmentally-friendly way.
Waste sorting is also an essential part of Mon-Totebag's daily routine. Our teams in all departments are regularly trained and made aware of waste sorting and recycling. What's more, we make it a point of honour to use sustainable shipping packaging. You may have noticed that all small orders are sent in recycled plastic packaging. And larger orders are sent in recycled cardboard boxes.
